OUR 30-DAY RETURNS PROMISE
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns promise. If the Hungerhub – The Kitchen in a Bucket is not right for you, email info@thehungerhub.com within 30 days of delivery and we will provide clear return instructions and arrange collection where stated. You may open and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Please return all components and take reasonable care of them. We will not refuse a statutory cancellation solely because the original packaging has been opened or is unavailable. We may only make a reasonable deduction where the product has been handled beyond what was necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced.
If the product is faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose, contact us and we will resolve the matter in accordance with your statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Your Right To Cancel
If you buy online, you can cancel your order at any time from the date the order is placed until 14 days after the day you receive your Hungerhub. You do not need to give us a reason.
To cancel, email info@thehungerhub.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the cancellation form on this website, but you do not have to.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you must return the product within 14 days. Send it to: The Greatest Outdoor Company Limited, Unit 5 Paycocke Mews, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3HU, United Kingdom.
We will refund the price paid and any standard outbound delivery charge. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the cost of our standard delivery service. We will make the refund within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund will normally be made using the original payment method.
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund only if the product’s value has been reduced because it was handled more than was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation.
These cancellation rights are separate from your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale and promotional items have the same statutory rights as full-price items. Your right to cancel an eligible online purchase and your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose are not affected by a discount, promotion, guarantee or warranty. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UK consumer law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
