Where’s my order?

Open your order confirmation email and select “View your order”. Once dispatched, use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel.

Can’t find it, or something doesn’t look right? Email us with your order number and we’ll help.

Gas, cleaning and everyday questions

Gas is not included. Use only the compatible cartridges specified in the supplied burner instructions.

Returns, damage or a fault

If something arrives damaged, a part is missing or your kit isn’t working as it should, email info@thehungerhub.com with your order number and a description. Include photos where helpful.
