Hungerhub Shipping Policy
UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
Orders are normally delivered within 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday begin processing on Monday, which counts as the first business day. If Monday is a bank holiday, processing begins on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, contact info@thehungerhub.com with your order number so we can help.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping.
Available delivery destinations and services are shown at checkout. Any delivery charges are displayed before you pay.
Your delivery details
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you spot an error, email info@thehungerhub.com promptly. We will try to correct it before dispatch.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged or has missing items, contact info@thehungerhub.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs.
We remain responsible for the goods until delivery to you or someone you nominate, subject to any delivery instructions you have expressly given.
